The Stockheim Group

The Stockheim Group, with 1500 employees and an annual turnover of 100 m €, is one of the largest companies in the sector of catering for trade fairs and highly frequented locations in the German market. It has been working with the M.L.&S. advertising agency since July 2006.

M.L.&S. primarily supports strategic development of gastronomic brand concepts of individual Stockheim divisions and revises the company’s web presence.
Numerous marketing measures have already been implemented for the coffee shop concept CAFETIERO, which has more than twenty outlets in eleven cities countrywide. Having conducted an extensive market and competition analysis, M.L.&S. designed a comprehensive concept to enhance the image of the brand and to charge it emotionally. The aim is a brand positioning clearly different from that of US American coffee shops or Italian coffee bars so that customers have a unique brand experience.

The corporate design was revised in order to strengthen the brand awareness. Improved design guidelines lead to higher visual recognition of the brand and make it even more distinctive. The logo, which was slightly modified, is now accompanied by the slogan “Café con Pasión” which reflects high quality of the offer, unique service and taste experience as well as Latin American brand heritage.

An inviting atmosphere in the Cafetiero outlets is achieved through large backlit posters whose main motif is the sensual experience of coffee pleasure in combination with Latin passion for life.

The menu is presented in form of tent cards, which also serve as product brochures, and on boards at the entrance and counter.
