Carglass
Outracing its co-runners, M.L. &S. hit the final line and won CARGLASS in April 2003. Carglass is the world’s
leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement. We convinced Carglass by presenting a communication concept that positioned
the company as offering the best service in its field.
In 2004 a countrywide advertising campaign was launched in automobile-oriented trade magazines such as Auto Motor
Sport, Autobild and Mot and in high-circulation papers like Focus and BamS. Since 2005 Carglass has been concentrating
on nationwide radio campaigns as well as on other regional measures accompanying the opening of its new service centres.
In this respect M.L. &S functions as the main creative force.
It is for the second time that the ARD SARA Test has named the running Carglass radio spots as the most successful
ones with highest recall record (89% and 86%) since the test was introduced 5 years ago.
